Just so you know what to expect, here is what’ll be going down over the coming months:

April 28th- Program Delivery + Onboarding (new comers only!).

You will be invited to join the Bits training app if you’re not an already a member (you won’t get an invite if you’re new until the week of the 3rd!). Once a member, or if you already are a member, you’ll see a welcome form to fill out on the 3rd of March. This is to let us know your goals and what you want out of the program.

Through this week you’ll be invited to the private community as well as gain access to our nutrition course to understand all the “whys” behind your recommendations.

This week gives you chance to find your way around and get warmed up before we smash the tits off of the following week.

Week commencing May 5th - Program start

We kick shit off and get to work. Starting with a live call at 6pm UK time in the community group (yes, this is recorded if you can’t make it).

You’ll then start tracking your nutrition. Start beasting your workouts.

Then, as we progress through the program:

You will check in every week with your coach and this check in day will be confirmed next week. This isn’t depending on time zones - we just drop your feedback the day after you’ve updated us on your progress.

Ongoing throughout the program, there will be a couple of open forums where you can ask questions, share recipes and upload form videos to get the most out of your training.

In the meantime here’s a quick little list of bits you’re going to need to go through the 8-week program (don’t worry, you’ll be reminded of this before we start!):

Recommended apps:

MyFitnessPal if you are tracking calories (you can use others such as nutrichecks or MacroFactor - but you will have to manually input calories into the Bits app which is a bit of faff).

Circle.co - This is where we are hosting the community group. You can access this without the app - but the app makes it sexier ;).

  • Whey Protein Powder

  • Creatine Monohydrate
