🟣 8 months vs 8 years?

the cycle of suck 🔄

Well hello there, you curious little cucumber.

If you’ve ever compared yourself to someone who has CLEARLY been training and dieting longer than you have…

You might as well compare apples to spaceships.

Here's the deal:

Not Instagram-fitness-model-who-probably-photoshops-her-abs' journey.

YOURS.

And when you stack your 8-month progress against someone's 8-year grind?

You’re giving yourself a mental wedgie.

But I understand it’s hard to not do this.

It starts with a harmless peek at someone's "after" pic.

Then you’re on their profile.

Then you’re looking at their holiday bikini pics.

And before you know it, you're spiralling faster than a toilet flush, thinking your efforts are as pointless as a lime jelly dildo.

And that, is how the cycle of suck begins:

Compare yourself to someone.

🔄

Feel like a potato.

🔄

Decide your efforts are useless.

🔄

Talk to yourself like you're auditioning for "Mean Girls: The Midlife Crisis Edition".

🔄

Rinse and repeat until you're stuck in a rut deeper than the Chicago Town Pizza you’ve got in the oven.

Now, this might sound cliche but you're aiming to be the best damn version of YOU.

So, next time you catch yourself playing the comparison game, give your beautiful egg a wobble and remember:

The only person you need to be better than is the you from yesterday.

You're not here to win gold in the Comparison Olympics.

You're here to be the best version of yourself – wobbly bits, bad hair days, and all.

And if you need some help making this happen…

Our online 1:1 coaching is exactly what you need.
