🟣 95% of diets fail - here’s why
5 days until BYB opens
Hello my perverted lil profiterole
So many people faff for years with their fat loss and strength goals because of one thing;
Perceiving only perfect action as valuable action.
You procrastinate in the gym until you can hit a perfect week
You wait on starting being “good” with your nutrition until you have a clear run… which never fucking happens
Months go by of mental gymnastics before you say alright, let’s get on with it
But because you’ve perceived that you’ve already wasted a heap of time you go in balls deep, setting the bar for success so bloody high it only takes a couple weeks to shit things off
You can’t track 100% accurately so your diet goes in the bin
You have a crap day at work, have an unintentional biscuit and your diet goes in the bin
You miss a training session so your diet goes in the bin
This is exactly where K was before she joined BYB.
Kat has been working with me on BYB over the last 18 months,

But over the last 3 months we’ve seen next to no fat loss (this change has mostly happened Jan-Sept 2025)
Which you might think is a complete failure on both are parts
But what we HAVE seen? Is something far fucking bigger.
You see, K came to us after 20 years of failed dieting.
Each time she fell off the wagon, she’d fall hard and end up regaining the lost weight + extra kgs. Every. Single. Time.
Towards the back end of last year - life royally caught on fire and she could sense that her diet, and her 15kg fat loss crumbling beneath her. Especially with Christmas in the mix there, too.
So we did something she had never done before.
And shifted the focus to maintenance.
What dose of movement and nutrition can we do right now to at least have us wiggle around maintenance, so we’re not starting from scratch for the 20th time?
It was hard. Really fucking hard. Changing the mindset from “perfect or nothing” to, “what’s the hands-on-heart best I can do right now? Let’s do that”
But the result has been over the last 3 months she’s maintained her progress. She’s shown herself she can ride out fucking mad storms and keep wiggling forwards.
And over the last few weeks she’s been able to start building momentum to keep on pushing forwards again (hitting a new low weight in this week’s check in).
This is one of the many things that makes BYB unique to any other group program you’ve tried before.
We aren’t pushing you all down the exact same funnel.
Each person that signs up works with a coach who’s job is to understand where you are as you start the program.
For some people - we are able to push the bollocks off of ya to see rapid changes in 8 weeks.
For others - you’re having to untangle decades of doubt and cruddy relationships with food an exercise that need supporting.
But regardless of what camp you’re in - a skill in a fat loss journey everyone should learn is maintenance. The bit after the fat loss is done and the bit that is ignored in pretty much every transformation program.
That’s the real bit that has change stick around for good.
And if you’re ready to join our team and have the support that you’re currently missing to stick out your nutrition and training goals,
Blitz Your Bitz opens it’s doors on Monday to App Members. Tuesday if there’s any spots left (highly likely there won’t be based on previous launches + current demand)
To be there for the priority launch - make sure your butt is on the App if it isn’t already
And I look forward to wiggling with you from February 2nd to make this year your bloody year :)
Big love
Rachel

K’s reflections end of last round - currently crushing this round!
