Here's why it's destined to fail

Oi oiii my marverllous lil mince pie!

You’re rapidly approaching the biggest natural injection of motivation there is.

So I just wanted to make sure I caught you before you make the same mistake millions of people make every New Year

See, New Year brings what I call “clean slate energy”

It’s like a big fuck off line in the sand.

Every cock up from last year is old news.

All you can see is the green grass of the new year ahead of you with all the gusto to crush your goals

Which is wicked

You end up like you’ve grown a dick and fallen into a viagra stash,

Going balls to the bloody wall

And aiming to white knuckling the tits out of your January might actually make your journey take longer

And when you can’t keep up the “go hard go home” set up, you’ll end up quitting and sending yourself back to the start

Just with more shame and less motivation alongside

Which is a brutal place to be.

Focus on doing less but doing it better.

Here’s what I mean:

A workout with 4-5 exercises done with proper form and the right intensity will get you further than 15 exercises where you go through the motions and chase “the burn”

Let’s say you do 3 of these “better” sessions a week

You make regular progress with your strength, form and confidence

You get excited to train because you know you’re making progress

With your nutrition - instead of trying to eat EVERYTHING as clean as possible on as little calories as possible

You set yourself a realistic calorie goal while keeping aside 10-20% of those calories for daily and weekly flirtations

So you’re actually able to stick with your plan when life gets stress and messy

And before you know it…

You’re a couple months into your program without missing a week and seeing all your hard work pay off in how you look and feel:
