đŁ Balls to the wall?
why itâs destined to fail
Oi oi you scrumptious little schnitzel!
Youâre rapidly approaching the biggest natural injection of motivation there is.
So I wanted to make sure I caught you before you make the same mistake millions of people make every new year.
See, new year brings what I call âclean slate energyâ.
Itâs a big fuck off line in the sand.
Everything that happened last year is old news.
And youâve got what feels like endless energy, motivation and drive to crush your goals.
Which all sounds great.
BUTâŠ
You end up like a dog with two dicks whoâs got into his owners viagra stash.
So you go balls to the wall with your training.
Because why not?
This is your year.
And nothing is going to stop you achieving your goals in the next 6 weeks.
But hereâs the thing you eager little beaverâŠ
You can't try twice as hard and have a baby in 4.5 months.
And going harder than Gordon Ramsay on Hell's Kitchen will actually make your journey LONGER.
Why?
Because youâll batter your mind, body and soul into oblivion.
Youâll end up quitting for weeks on end where even going for a walk feels like an effort.
And youâll end up back at square one with your fat loss.
Which is a brutal place to be.
Focus on doing less but better.
Hereâs what I mean:
A workout with 4-5 exercises done with proper form and the right intensity will get you further than 15 exercises where you go through the motions or chase âthe burnâ.
Letâs say you do 3 of these sessions a week.
You make regular progress with your strength, form, and confidence.
You get excited to train because you know youâre making progress.
You stick with your plan even when life gets stressy and messy.
And before you know itâŠ
Youâre 8 weeks into your program without missing a workout and seeing all your hard work pay off in how you look and feel.
This is exactly why in BYB, we focus on:
â
Quality over quantity
â
Progressive overload (fancy way of saying 'getting better bit by bit')
â
Recovery (yes, Netflix counts as training sometimes)
â
Sustainability (because ain't nobody got time for yo-yo dieting)
Want to learn how to train smarter, not harder?
And finally see the changes in your figure, confidence, mindset and lifestyle youâve been chasing for God knows how long now?
Pop yourself on the BYB waitlist, you delicious little doughnut đ©đ
We're opening the doors on December 30th, and I'd love to show you exactly how 'better' feels way better than 'more'.
Big love,
