šŸŸ£ Becoming ā€œun-influenceableā€

+ why brands wonā€™t work with me šŸ†šŸ‘€

Howdy there my devious little danish pastry šŸ˜šŸ„Ø

Letā€™s talk about something crucial in this age of social media madness: becoming un-influenceable.

Every time you open Instagram you are just a few scrolls away from some cock womble chatting shit about fat loss.

They might be selling a magic weight loss pill that promises to melt away fat like butter on a hot pancake.

Or they could be wandering around a supermarket shouting at boxes of cereal in an attempt to make you terrified of coco pops.

Whatever they might be doing, saying or sellingā€¦

I can guarantee you itā€™s a load of shit.

Which is easy for me to say.

Iā€™m a coach who has worked with over 1,000 people to date.

And Iā€™ve invested in courses and mentorships to learn from people who really know their stuff.

So I can laugh at this stuff.

You might not be in the same position.

Which is why we work hard with our clients on becoming un-influenceable.

Now, you might be thinkingā€¦

"Hold on a goddamn minute here Rachel, arenā€™t you an influencer?"

I may have 656,000 followersā€¦

But I also use dumbbells to mimic penises and call people fuck nuggets in my videos.

So brands arenā€™t exactly beating down my door to work with me.

And Iā€™m perfectly okay with that because Iā€™m here to keep it real with you, not to sell you snake oil.

So, how do you become un-influenceable?

By doing what I call: learning as you lose.

Itā€™s the best of both worlds.

Youā€™re getting results while learning the how and why being them.

So you're armed with the facts and confidence to make the right choices.

And youā€™re no longer at the mercy of these so-called influencers.

Imagine scrolling through Instagram and seeing an influencer peddling some "magic" slimming tea.

When youā€™re un-influenceable, youā€™ll laugh it off.

Because youā€™ll know that sustainable weight loss comes from consistent healthy habits, not from a cup of overpriced, glorified herbal water.

The goal is to always be in control of your own journey, making decisions based on what you know works for you.

Big love,

Rachel šŸ„°
