Squats?

Hip Thrusts?

Pole vaulting over the squat rack with a barbell?

No, no and… maybe.

Let me get back to you on the pole vaulting. 

The exercise I’m talking about is actually a thought exercise.

Cue disappointed trumpet sound in 3,2,1…

🎺 Waaah waaah waaaaaaaaahhhh 

Look, there are not “best exercises” for fat loss.

And anyone who tells you differently is a cockwomble who should be ignored harder than a guy at a bus stop who asks to smell your hair. 

But, my precious lil’ egg…

This thought exercise is a certified banger if you’re willing to give it a go.

Here it is 👇🏻

Imagine you had all the results you could possibly dream of…

You looked sexy as fuck with and without clothes on

You felt sensational every single day 

You weren’t restricted with your food choices

You indulged with self control 

You were healthy, glowing and bossing life 

BUT…

You were the same weight on the scales that you are now.

How would you feel?

Remember, this is a thought exercise.

So if you happen to feel like you have a significant amount of weight to lose (let’s say 30+lbs) just stick with me here.

This stops a lot of women in their tracks.

Because so much of what you’re trying to achieve is tied to the scales.

And sure, scale weights can be helpful to assess trends over time if you have a specific fat loss or muscle gain goal.

BUT

That pesky lil screen doesn’t tell you…

How your clothes fit

How you FEEL in your body

How healthy you are

How decent your relationship is with food

How strong or fit you are

How able you are to move pain-free

Which is why this thought exercise is so powerful. 

And if you fully embrace it you end up breaking free from the fuckery of scale weight for good.
