Here's how it changes Lisa's life

You swear you hear glass shattering as you open your eyes
It’s 5:30am (minging)
Your alarm clock is going off two hours earlier than usual
Because today?
Today is day one of your new fitness regime
And to see results, you’ve got to do a whole working day before your actual working day
Throw some shit in a gym bag
Make your lunch
The kid’s lunch
Your breakfast
Get a coffee in the travel mug
Drive 20mins to the gym
Sit in the car park to psych yourself up
Hit a workout
Make yourself presentable
Wash your damn fucking hair
Inhale your breakfast in the car
Get to the office & plonk your butt down
Log on to see what steaming shit is being thrown at you today
Bang head on keyboard because fuck me I’m exhausted and it’s only 9am
When you first start, objectively, this is a lot
And it can feel like you’re going from 0 -100mph
Which is enough to have you yeet the damn alarm clock out the window and chuck this gym thing in the bloody bin
But it doesn’t have to be this way...
Meet Lisa.
Would you believe me if I told you she only entered a gym for the first time last month?

Lisa has been with us on Blitz your Blitz since Sept ‘25 and as you can see, she’s smashing it harder than a Blue WKD at an 18th birthday party
But until recently Lisa was solely WFH (doing workouts from home)
One of the most common questions I get from my Blitz your Bits clients is ‘can I still see progress with home workouts’?
And as Lisa’s gob slapping transformation shows, yes you bloody well can
I’m all for home workouts as they can remove a lot of the friction I’ve just described
They put the commute in the bin
They allow you to squeeze in a workout around the kids
AND they give you an option if gym anxiety is just too much right now
Which just make things easier, especially when you’re first starting out
But I need you to know that how you wiggle isn’t the be all and end all
Lisa got these results working with us on Blitz your Bits not only because of how she was training
But because of how she was eating (she’s been in a consistent callie D)
How she was feeling (we got stress levels under control)
How she was sleeping (getting 8hrs in as often as we could)
And how she was moving across the day (steps steps steps baby
Because workouts?
They can 100% be done effectively at home
But they are also only one piece of the puzzle
Now Lisa, she’s a bit of an overachiever.
And she has started going to the gym recently, for the first time ever
Because over the last year of work, her action has reduced gym-xiety + she feels more sure of making time for herself again
Fuck, she never thought she’d say it
But these days? Her time in the gym has become the highlight of her week
