🟣 Dear Santa

Define Good đź‘€

It seems that every personal trainer and their cat is telling you how to eat over Christmas

So, being one of them, I thought I’d drop some thoughts that might be useful as you navigate the holiday season

Progress can look different for different people, do what’s right for you.

For some people progress is saying “no” to Christmas treats as it means they’re establishing balance with their nutrition

For others, progress is saying “yes” to the Christmas treats as it means they’re establishing balance with their nutrition

Fuck the scale

For the love of all that is hold - DO NOT weigh yourself on December 27th to “assess the damage”

You won’t have excreted your festive cheer your of your butthole yet

You will be holding onto more water from the increased carb + salt consumption

And this weight reading will be about as useful as a crocheted condom

Save the stress and just don’t bloody weigh

What you do between NYE + Christmas > What your do between Christmas + NYE

Just like one hot day doesn’t make it summer

Or like one salad never made you lean

One day of consuming more food won’t fuck your progress

Progress, in either direction, takes time

And it’s what you do on AVERAGE that shapes your results

Food is more than “fuel”

Food is social connection

Food is tradition

Food is joyful fucking memories made

And if your diet’s food rules don’t allow any deviation for life or fun,

It’s time to try a different fucking diet

And if you’re wanting to round off 2025 and head into 2026 with a fitness regime that helps you build a life you feel fucking fabulous living

Feeling a sassy fuck with your arms out in your sqanky clothes

Feeling boss walking onto the gym floor with a plan

Having a diet that helps you see change without feeling like you’re in emotional jail
