Bonjour my perky little pavlova,
I trained for nearly three years straight with the optimism of a drunken labradour.
And had sweet fuck all to show for it.
No muscle tone.
No strength gains.
No cheeky quad pop in the mirror that made me feel like a gym weapon.
Just me, showing up day after day, ticking the boxes and wondering why my body was like ānah mateā.
I followed every plan imaginable over those three years.
I was doing the work.
I was consistent.
But nothing about me was changing.

Itās how youāre being shown to approach the plan.
Because let me be clear, none of this is your fault.
Youāve been let down by shitty guidance and being left to figure shit out by yourself.
If youāre stopping your sets the moment they feel uncomfortable instead of getting to the reps where your muscles actually start changingā¦
If youāve never been shown what ātraining hard enough to changeā looks and feels likeā¦
Then no plan is going to deliver the results you want.
