🟣 Eating less and moving more doesn't work
Do this instead
Nothing spells a good fucking time like dragging your tits through your 100th burpee
Rewarding yourself with a damp chicken salad with a low calorie dressing which you pretend is the real bloody deal
Only for the scale to spike 2lbs the very next and have all efforts feel a waste of damn time
But you know what’s an even better time?
Getting pissed at the above so doubling down on making shit hurt more in the desperate attempt for change
So you eat less.
Train harder.
Pushing through every day being hungry enough to lick the pattern off a plate and dribble at the thought of a dirty Greggs sausage role
Yet still?
Nothing.
You just start to wonder if your body is broken.
But the answer, my gorgeous little gremlin, is that your plan is broken. Not you.
I say this with confidence as 100s of women have felt like their metabolism or hormones were fucked before starting working with us - only to achieve insane results.
Like our client Chelsea who was bloody starving, hitting daily HIIT workouts and wondering what in the bloody hell was going wrong to see barely any change.

Instead of telling her to just “try harder” like every other knobhead with a PT certificate, we worked with her through her barriers.
Supported her in keeping her standards up when everything in her wanted to sack it off and morph into a sofa sausage with a wine drip.
Built in strategic breaks so she could keep pushing further than she ever had before without her body telling her to get absolutely stuffed.
Chelsea worked with us for over a year with back-to-back BYB intakes.
She stuck to the basics. Calories. Protein. Strength training. Consistency through the messy bits.
Boring? Maybe.
But so is brushing your teeth and I bet your molars are still chuffed you do it.
And she saw results that genuinely made my jaw hit the floor.
She still worked hard. That part doesn't change.
But for the first time, the hard work actually paid off and felt fucking exciting. She had direction. She had support.
And she loved it. Not in a "this is tolerable I suppose" way. It properly changed her life.
