🟣 Eating too much at night?

The solution might surprise you...

Oi oi my ravishing little rice pudding!

It's 8pm on your sofa.

The day's finally done. You've just clicked "yes, I'm still watching" for the third time, and you're surrounded by the evidence of another evening food frenzy.

Empty crisp packets that definitely weren't empty an hour ago.
Half a pack of digestives that somehow disappeared.
That family-size chocolate bar that was supposed to last all week.

Your stomach feels like it's about to burst, and that familiar wave of guilt is creeping in.

Again.

The worst part? You actually tried really hard today.

You had a black coffee for breakfast because you were "being good."
A sad little salad for lunch that left you counting down the minutes till dinner.
You even turned down Karen's homemade brownies at work (and they smelled incredible).

All that restriction, all that willpower, all that "being good"...

Only to end up here. Again.

But here's the thing about nighttime overeating that might just blow your mind:

The problem isn't what's happening at night.
It's what's NOT happening during the day.

When you're "saving calories" for the evening, you're not being good - you're setting yourself up for disaster.

By the time you hit that sofa, you're not just hungry - you're a ticking time bomb of hunger ready to explode all over your snack cupboard.

And in that state? Willpower doesn't stand a bloody chance.

This is exactly the kind of thing we help with in our 1:1 coaching.

Because sometimes the solution isn't what you'd expect.

You don't need more willpower.
You don't need to ban evening snacks.
You don't need another set of food rules to follow.

What you need is someone who'll look at YOUR specific situation.
Someone who'll understand YOUR lifestyle.
Someone who'll help you find solutions that actually work for YOU.

Not generic advice.
Not cookie-cutter meal plans.
Not judgmental "just eat less" bollocks.

If you're tired of this nightly battle with your snack cupboard, you can apply for 1:1 coaching here.

We'll help you understand what's REALLY going on with your eating patterns and create solutions that actually stick.

(And yes, you can still watch whatever guilty pleasure show you're currently binging. We don't judge here.)

Big love,
Rachel 🥰

P.S. By the way, keeping those family-size chocolate bars in the house and expecting them to last a week? That's what I call optimism! x
