🟣 Exactly what's inside BYB

One day until launch!

Bloody hell

When I emailed yesterday I wasn’t quite ready for the amount of responses and am still working through your questions now!

But thank you so much for sending your emails in - I hope with this email I can clear up all a lot of the Qs you may have about joining BYB

Thought it might be helpful for those curious to show you exactly what happens when you join BYB:

But if ya prefer reading, here's what happens when you join.

  • You get a structured training programme. Gym or home options. A coach on hand to wiggle you through it. No wandering around wondering what machine to use next.

  • You get a proper understanding of your nutrition. Using tracking as a tool should it be safe for you to do so. Focusing on baseline habits if not. Not a meal plan that bans carbs and makes you cry into a tupperware of dry chicken.

  • You get weekly check ins so you're not just left to figure it out alone. We look at what's working, what isn't and what to focus on next.

  • You get a live weekly call with me where you can ask questions, get coached and hear from other women going through the same thing.

  • You get access to the BYB community. Hundreds of baddies who are working on the same goal and actually support each other instead of competing over who can lose the most weight.

  • Form reviews within the community from the team of Henley coaches you’ll be adopting in your pocket :)

So all in? You get 8 weeks of structure, accountability and a framework that is built on evidence based nutrition and training so you quit farting in the wind with your results.

£169 for the full 8 weeks. Split payment available with Klarna at check out.

+ 2 months free on Bits

+ Access to Bits for 50% off the rest of your life on completion

+ Access to our live lifting days that are returning April/May

Now for some further Qs so we leave no stone unturned:

"How is this different from the Bits app?"

The app is brilliant if you're self motivated and just want training plans and education to crack on with yourself. It's £9.50 a month and gives you programmes, recipes and hundreds of videos on how to train properly.

BYB is coaching. You're not just given the tools and left to it. You've got weekly check ins, a live call, a community and a team that actually looks at your progress and helps you navigate the bits where life gets in the way. Which it will. Because it always does.

If the app is learning to drive from a textbook then BYB is having an instructor in the passenger seat making sure you don't reverse into your nan’s dachshund

"What exactly is the coaching like?"

Every week you check in with us. We look at how your training is going, how your nutrition is tracking and how you're feeling about all of it. Not just the numbers on the scale, but how YOU are vibing both mentally and physically.

From there we give you focused goals for the week ahead. Small, doable things that keep you moving forward without overwhelming you. It's not about being perfect. It's about being consistent enough that the results start stacking up.

"I'm not in the UK. Will this work for me?"

Yes. The check ins are done as a back-n-forth, so time zones can’t stop us. The live calls are recorded so if you can't make them you can watch them back whenever suits you. We've had women join from all over the world and the structure works regardless of where you're based.

"I've tried loads of programmes before and none of them stuck."

Ace. That means you've already figured out what doesn't work. Most programmes were probably built on restriction, shame or a timeline that had nothing to do with reality.

BYB accounts for the fact that you're a human-bloody-being with a job and responsibilities and days where you'd rather eat your own shoe than look at a gym. (no judgement x)

We don't expect perfection. We expect you to show up, give it a go and let us help you figure out the rest.

BYB launches tomorrow at 12pm UK time.

Spaces go to the priority list first. If you're not already on it, get yourself onto the app now so you don't miss out.

Spaces sold in 30 minutes last time.

So get there at 12pm to avoid any other fucker stealing your spot

Big love

Rachel

P.S.

To those that noticed my horrific typos in yesterday’s email…

That’s the consequence of a 30 year old discovering a buzzball at a High School Musical party (many regrets x)
