And yes - a calorie deficit works.
If youâve ever lost fat, it was because of a calorie deficit (whether you cut carbs, tried fasting, or survived on sadness and rice cakes).
But hereâs the problem: fat loss alone doesnât give you the shape youâre after.
A lot of ya cheeky monkies come to me asking how to achieve a snatched/toned/define waist. And if thatâs also you? You need to train differently to achieve that âlookâ.
