How many personal trainers have shouted “CALORIE FOOOOKIN’ DEFICIT” at you today?

And yes - a calorie deficit works. 

If you’ve ever lost fat, it was because of a calorie deficit (whether you cut carbs, tried fasting, or survived on sadness and rice cakes).

But here’s the problem: fat loss alone doesn’t give you the shape you’re after.

A lot of ya cheeky monkies come to me asking how to achieve a snatched/toned/define waist. And if that’s also you? You need to train differently to achieve that “look”.
