Chat GPT could never 💁♀️
Meet Betty.
She is a busy, gorgeous intelligent goddess with a magnificent natural curl that just won’t quit 💁♀️
Betty also uses Chat GPT for advice:
Please run a calculation. How hard would I have to slap a steak in order to cook it?
What is the meaning of life? Please respond as Ozzy Osbourne
PLEASE walk me through these IKEA FLARJKLE instructions like I’m a child
She also uses Chat GPT for guidance on weight loss and training
BUT after months of trying she’s no closer to her health goals.
What gives?
First off who can blame Betty for turning to Chat GPT?
Like many, she feels like there’s a lot of shit she has to work out to reach her health goals
What’s she meant to munch on?
How should she wiggle her body so she actually sees results?
And THEN how is she going to squeeze all that new stuff into her hectic schedule?
School runs, lunch boxes, work deadlines, AND all these changes?
Betty’s brain is dripping out her ears and onto her keyboard at this point
No wonder she shakes hands with her AI chat service of choice
And tippy tappies until boop.
Training program. Nutrition. Shopping list. Timetable.
Betty Boop’s solved it, hasn’t she?
Well yeah, Chat GPT and pals aren’t bad when it comes to setting the course
Genuinely - it's decent for getting some calorie goals. An off the cuff program & some meal inspo.
HOWEVER there’s a problem.
Turns out there’s a pretty hefty gap between the ‘plan’ and transforming Betty into a strong, keen lifting machine
And this is where Betty Boop falls down.
See you've never NOT had the information that ChatGPT provides with health bits and bobs
But SO often knowing what to do isn't enough to do the do
Which is where getting hands on & personal comes into its own
Many people think because I’m an ‘influencer’ (small sick in mouth) I do things from a distance – but first and foremost I remain a coach
I spend 40hrs a week talking to my clients within BYB + 1-1 coaching
Videos, voice notes, Whatsapp messages
Nudges, praise, calling them out, picking them up when they slip up
Real feedback. Real accountability.
And that adds up to real progress
Don’t take it from me, just look at the impact real conversations with your coach can have:

But it would often miss the mark
Because when shit gets hard
