🟣 I nearly broke his hand

My unexpected game of fisty cuffs

There I was

Tits sweating off me

Lungs firmly in my butthole

Dodging punches left right and centre in the North of Thailand

The fuck am I doing??

But with the red pad raised up - I managed to get the SWEETEST right hook on the bugger

The instructor dropped his hand, shaking it out and muttered something.

My thai isn’t great but I think it was something along the lines of “my pissing hand is fucked now you absolute whopper”

Apparently, a lady punching that hard wasn’t really expected.

😂

And an unknown ability I possessed was that I could handle myself in a drop-in Mu-Thai class I signed up for while fucking about on my travels in ‘24

Shit like this is by far the most underrated positive to come from weight training

No, not punching random dudes for shits and gigs.

But the fact the gym quietly makes you ready for anything.

Because building a lifestyle that sees you consistently train hard and diet well goes far and beyond seeing the scale go down.

I see this all the time with clients too -

Like Veronica - who, after hibernating last winter and working with me for home workouts, was able to spend her summer hiking more than she ever had before:

(answer: very fucking cool)

Or Ruth who noticed on a random Tuesday that she had build the confidence to wear the damn shorts:

Or Sally, who literally pulled off super-hero behaviour because she had the strength to do so:

does it get much cooler than this???

That’s what consistent training, consistent activity and a strong base of nutrition habits gives you

Endless moments of “holy balls, I am a fucking baddie”

And I’ve got some bloody exciting news if you’ve been struggling to make this your reality.

On October 13th we are opening the doors to Blitz, our 8-week group coaching program, for the final time this year.

This is where you learn to be that consistent little fuck nugget with your training and nutrition. The version of you that doesn’t just “try again in January,” but actually heads into 2026 already ahead of the game.

8 weeks of support. 8 weeks of structure. 8 weeks of committing to getting things really grooving.

Make sure you’re on the app before October 13th as priority spaces go to the gang here (and they sell the program out every time!)
