It took me 3 months to venture into the âweights areaâ of my first gym

When the truth was, I was too busy shitting myself at the thought of looking like a clueless prat in front of strangers.

You have no idea what weight is a âgood weightâ or what bloody pins are meant to go in what bloody holes
