🟣 One Life - Two Reminders

which one will you choose? šŸ¤”

Well hello my shagadelic little shepherds pie.

Life has a funny way of handing out little reminders, doesn’t it?

You go to pull on your favourite jeans… and suddenly they’re cutting into you like an overenthusiastic cheese wire.

You jog up the stairs because you’re running late… and reach the top wheezing like you’ve just run a fucking marathon in lead boots.

You bend down to grab something and your knees make a noise that sounds suspiciously like a rusty garden gate.

None of it feels like a big deal on its own.

But when it keeps happening, day after day?

It chips away at you.

It makes you feel like you're constantly being reminded that you're not where you want to be…

No matter how hard you're trying to ignore it.

And the worst bit?

It’s fucking EXHAUSTING feeling like you have to psych yourself up just to do normal, everyday things.

That's why one of Sophia’s clients telling us her story gave me full-body goosebumps this week.

There’s a hill near her house.

Nothing threatening Mount Everest's title for tallest point on earth.

Just a steady incline that usually left her huffing, puffing, and feeling about a hundred and four years old.

Every time she had to walk up this bastard hill she got some not so nice reminders from life…

"You're not fit enough yetā€.
"You’re falling behindā€.

Until one day... she walked it with her kids, chatting, laughing, taking it all in and she realised she'd reached the top without even thinking about it.

Because when you start doing the shit that gets results?

Life’s reminders change from ā€œyou’re miles offā€ to…

ā€œFuck me side ways look at you go you saucy little pruneā€.

Want to make that change?

ā€œWore a sleeveless cropped vest showing off my arms and bit of tummy cause these guns are starting to get some definition šŸ’ŖšŸ˜Ž As a body dysmorphia fighter this was such a fucking HUMONGOUS dealā€!

šŸ‘† Just one example of what our clients tell us every week in their check ins šŸ’œ.

Big love,
Rachel 🄰
