🟣 One Sad Carrot

Put your results on autopilot

You’re stood in front of the mirror, palms sweating.

Mum’s yelling that you’re late and you’re still trying to work out if the knock-off Converse makes you look edgy or like you’ve been adopted by a charity shop.

Fucking non-uniform day.

Sure, the uniform might’ve been boring as piss but it saved you from the daily meltdown of what to wear.

Less decisions. Less stress. You just put on that oversized blazer and got on with your damn day.

And to be real with you, my lil lemming

You treating your nutrition and training like a daily “non-uniform” day is what’s keeping you stuck

You wing your food to fuck so come home starving everyday, welcomed by that one sad carrot in the fridge. So ten minutes later you’ve inhaled half a multipack of crisps before saying “fuck it” and ordering pizza.

You say you’ll “train 3 times this week… at some point” and constantly put off your training to tomorrow (fibbin’ to yourself that it’ll be easier then)

Then, when the end of the week rolls around and the only action you’ve taken is twiddling your thumbs and feeling guilty about what you haven’t done

You settle for the idea that it’s your lack of motivation that’s fucked you

But it’s not.

It’s because you don’t have a clear clue to why you’re doing this shit paired with the lack of systems that help you show up, regardless of if you feel like doing it or not.

And to be even more real with you?

The reason our clients see insane changes in their physique like this:

Isn’t simply because they’re more motivated than you.

It’s because we’ve dug in to understand WHY changing their habits is so important to them

Then building repeatable systems and habits that put things in motion, motivation or no motivation

They’ve got repeatable meals that hit their protein and calories that don’t take hours of meal prep and 100s of ingredients to whip up

They’ve got their gym sessions booked, bag packed, kit ready, so when the brain worm is convincing them they’re too tired, their habits are already taking them to their workout.

It’s not exciting, easy or erotic.

But it’s the exact thing that sees you stay consistent in chaos and find yourself 3, 6 months down the line in a body that you feel fucking proud of.

And if you’ve got no idea where to start with this?

The app will get you wiggling and it’s free to get started here

But if you want the team in your corner every week, supporting you through the chaos so you quit sleepwalking from one week to the next - that’s where coaching comes in. Right now we have a couple spots open and you can check out what it’s about here:

Big love
