🟣 Pt 2: Missing from EVERY diet

you need to answer these 3 questions

Bonjour my delightful little danish,

So in my last email I said there was something missing from every diet you’ve tried before. 

Which was borderline click bait from me.

But I had good intentions (promise).

Over the last 8 years since my first "let's get lean" phase I've spent 86% of my time eating maintenance calories and above.

That’s 86% of my time NOT in a deficit.

So when I do decide to drop into a cazza d like I am now, it's about 27 times easier than it used to be.

Here's the unsexy (but really, the sexy) truth that nobody talks about:

Most of your life should be spent existing at maintenance or slightly above.

Why?

Because you build more muscle.

So you can say hello to being stronger, sculpting a weapon like physique and cranking up your metabolism to the highest setting.

You also develop a way more chill relationship with food.

Because you have more calories to play with.

So you’re not doing this shit any more…

But the biggest thing is getting to vibe in a spot where you can maintain a body you feel at peace with.

A body that serves you on every level from how it looks to how it performs. 

The reason you miss out on all these glorious benefits is because nobody taught you how to exit fucking stage left at the right time when you’re dieting. 

So instead of transitioning into maintenance like a smooth operator…

You either crash and burn spectacularly.

Or you try to diet forever until your willpower snaps like a twig.

Both options lead you straight back to square one.

Because your transition INTO maintenance requires knowing a few key things:

🤔 When to increase your calories 
🤔 How much to increase them by 
🤔 What to expect your body to do during this phase

Now, I don’t think you have the answers to those questions.

And why would you?

Chances are I know sweet fuck all about what you do for a living.

Unless it’s designing bathrooms (my soul sucking job from a previous life).

But hopefully you now see why it’s so easy to royally cock up your maintenance phase.
