🟣 Put the phone down
after you’ve read this (obvs)
Oi oi my scru-didly-umptious spring roll!
Let me paint you a picture that's probably hitting closer to home than your mother's passive-aggressive comments about your outfit choices...
You're lying in bed, thumb cramping from the endless scroll, promising yourself "just 5 more minutes" for the 47th time tonight.
(While that workout plan you downloaded sits gathering digital dust somewhere in your bookmarks...)
Sound familiar?
Well…
One of our Team Henley superstars recently shared how she managed to break free from the endless scroll of doom…
Oh and a bunch of other INCREDIBLE wins as well 👀🥰.
Now, we didn’t force her to go cold turkey.
Or pack her off to some digital monastery on top of a mountain.
She did this by making one non-negotiable change:
She decided scrolling wasn't going to be her default setting anymore.
This is something we help our clients with all the time (when it’s a good fit for them obvs).
Having some non-negotiables that are simple but powerful help you make a tonne of progress VERY quickly.
And now? She's feeling proper lush. Her silly little brain (her words, not mine!) is actually content with working on simple, basic goals.
Which, let's be honest, is a bloody revelation in a world that's constantly screaming "GO HARDER OR GO HOME".
Want to know how to make these kinds of changes stick?
Well…
You could apply for 1:1 coaching where we'll help you look and feel like the snackiest little snack there ever was.
Oh and you’ll build sustainable habits that actually fit your life (without having to become a wellness guru who drinks moon water and meditates for 6 hours a day).
Or…
You could join BITS where you’ll get all your workouts, progress tracking, and habit-building support in one place.
I sent an email to Apple to change the rating for the app to 5 dildos instead of stars.
Hopefully I'll hear back soon.
Whatever you choose…
You'll be trading those doom-scrolling sessions for something that actually makes you feel bloody brilliant.
Big love,
Rachel 🥰
P.S. Remember: You don't have to go from scrolling addict to digital monk overnight.
Sometimes the best changes start with just putting down your phone long enough to pick up a dumbbell. X
