🟣 She slipped on a sexy little number

Oi oi my precious little pudding!

One of our amazing clients had what some might call a "small" victory last week.

She put on a t-shirt.

*waits for dramatic gasps*

But wait! 

This wasn't just ANY t-shirt.

This was her 2012 university graduation t-shirt - one that hadn't fit since... well, 2012.

Now, some people might scroll past this thinking "big deal, it's just a t-shirt".

Because here's the thing about these "small" victories:

They're actually massive, life-changing, heart-exploding moments disguised as everyday occurrences.

Think about it...

That t-shirt isn't just a piece of fabric with some fancy university logo on it.

It's years of memories wrapped in cotton.

It’s a measuring stick for how far you've come.

And it's proof that consistent effort pays off even when progress feels slower than my nan's internet connection

The everyday victories that sneak up on you like a ninja in fluffy socks:

When you can wrap your towel all the way around after a shower

When your rings start doing the hoola hoop on your fingers

When you can cross your legs without performing advanced yoga

When you catch your reflection and think "oh hello there, you sexy potato!"

Because here's what nobody tells you about transformation:

They're like finding the end of a sellotape roll on the first try - technically possible but bloody unlikely.

But the small victories? They're everywhere.
