🟣 How to start eating healthy

Before I get to your healthy eating tips, this was me at download festival over the weekend…

Just thought I’d share so you can add it to your outfit inspo mood board. 

And now to the headline event. 

The internet gives us access to all the knowledge in existence. 

So it should be super easy to find tips on eating healthy, right? 

Well…

That’s two billion thirty million results.

Ironically, I had to google ā€œ2,030,000,000 in wordsā€ to find that out. 

Now, no one goes past page 2 on Google.

So let me sum up the first page of results for you…

Remove stuff from your diet.

This also applies to 99% of advice you’ll get on TikTok and Instagram.

Remove ā€œchemicalsā€ (whatever the fuckity fuck that means).

Remove carbs.

Remove processed foods.

All of which is not only utter horse shit…

It’s unhelpful.

So I take a totally different approach to this question and I’ve got a BUNCH of proof to back up it works.

So if you were to ask me how to start eating healthy AND get moving with your fat loss goals…

I’d tell you to ADD things into your diet.

ā€œRachel, have you lost your tiny little mind? Add stuff in? Like what?ā€

Like…

āœ… Adding in more protein to each meal.

āœ… Adding in more veggies

āœ… Adding in a planned, protein based snack

āœ… Adding a pause before you go full snack goblin mode

āœ… Add in tracking calories (only if it’s safe for you to do so). 

All of these additions not only help you eat healthier…

They make you feel fuller so you’re less likely to snack.

They help create a positive relationship with food.

And they deliver fat loss results.

Look, myself and my team of incredible coaches believe you should be in as positive and healthy a place as possible when losing weight.

Because we know it’s tough.

We know you’ll have wobbles and moments when you talk nasty to yourself (which we’ll help you stop all together btw).
