how to build confidence (and a booty 🍑)
Well if it isn't my saucy little creme brulee! 🍮
Picture this:
You've just hit the 3-month mark of your latest fitness journey.
The scale's down.
Your clothes are looser.
You've been absolutely smashing it.
But something feels... off.
Your motivation goes missing more often than my gran's reading glasses.
You're so hungry you regularly zone out in food related daydreams.
Your workouts feel about as fun as slamming your left tit in a car door.
And that little voice in your head's whispering…
"Just take a break. You can start again next week..."
Six months later, you're back to square fucking one, wondering what went wrong.

But instead of falling into the same old trap, something rather magical happened.
