🟣 The trick to losing 40kg
What you’re overlooking
You know what’s funny, my delicious lil damson?
I hired a cleaner to help yo gal out this week.
And before she came for her first appointment
I cleaned the house fucking head to toe. And they arrived to a near damn spotless house.
It’s daft. I reach out to them to HELP take the load off of me and my ongoing chaotic life.
Yet my body and brain is fighting out of that saying “you shouldn’t need help”
But I see SO many people treat their fitness in the same way:
“I’ll join the gym when I’ve lost a bit of weight”
“I’ll join that program when my life’s less manic”
It’s backwards, but it feels logical.
Because starting when you feel like a chaotic bin-fire of a human feels low key embarrassing. Especially if you’ve been met with being spanked with the shame stick around you fitness before.

But this is exactly where Anne was when she joined Blitz Your Bits. Which was a decision that lead to her dropping 40kg and gaining her life back:

a lil madness
She didn’t have her shit together.
She didn’t feel ready.
She just knew that she’d hit a point where shit needed to change.
So she said “fuck it” and joined anyway.
Where she was met with a team of coaches and community that took the overwhelm away & put the things in place to drop just that first kg.
Then another
Then another
And well, you can see where that path took her.
We’re SO obsessed with being “ready” before we start.
Like one day, the universe is going to hand you a scroll and say:
“BEHOLD. Your life is now clam enough to get your shiteth together. Your kids be bless-ed angels, your job be calm, and you magically detest the lick of a biscuit. You may begin now.”
But that day ain’t coming.
And the only way forwards is with some fucking mess along side.
That’s how Ann did it.
She wasn’t perfect.
She had weeks off. Tantrums. Greek Yoghurt ick. Bed burrito days.
But she had BYB to give her the support and structure on the days she was struggling (AKA the most important days to show up)
If you’re ready to do what Anne did? Doors open to app members on August 18th, and we kick shit off September 1st.
You can join the app here: JOIN BITS
I won’t promise you a 40kg drop in 8 weeks. (Unless you’re open to strategic amputation, lol.)
But I can promise this:
These 8 weeks could be the start of a life where you feel proud in your body, confident in your choices, and a lot less like you’re winging it every damn day.
You don’t need to feel ready
You just need to feel done with where you are now.
Big love
Rachel
