Roll up! Roll up! Circus is in town 🎪
Well hello my buttery little flapjack,
Some people like a digit popped in where the sun don’t shine.
Some people do pottery in their spare time.
And some people play fucking golf.
Golf!
But look, I’m not gonna yuck anyone’s yum.
Because we’re all special little beings with our own ways of finding what works for us.
Like when it comes to nutrition.
We’ve got a bunch of clients who are fucking THRIVING with tracking their macros.

But we also have clients who are told to delete MyFitnessPal immediately.
Because tracking is a fucking cluster fuck for them.
It’s triggering, puts them in a shitty headspace and leads to unhealthy behaviours.
So what is life changing for one person is a fucking disaster for someone else.
Because fat loss isn’t just about the right plan.
It’s about managing the absolute circus between your ears.
And let me be clear, this circus is in town for EVERYONE.
Not just you and me, my perky little pickle.
Because what you’re really trying to do here isn’t just eat better.
It’s being better at handling your own bloody brain and everything it throws at you.
Because when your plan doesn’t account for your perfectionism?
Your all-or-nothing thinking?
Your sneaky little habit of calling yourself a failure for getting Crisps with your meal deal instead of a fruit pot?
Then the best plan in the world turns to absolute shit.
Now, I’m not trying to turn fat loss into some deep journey towards finding your true self.
All I’m fucking saying is knowing yourself and what you respond to is key to making progress in the short AND long term.
And most of the time you’re not best placed to answer that question.
Because you’ll justify that 8 week shred PDF that Arsehole McFuckFace is shilling on Instagram.
Even though just looking at it makes you want to weep uncontrollably.
So…
The best fat loss plan for you will always take all of you into account.
And that goes way beyond your bodyweight, average steps, age and height.
