My bambles are truly boozled

Blitz Your Bits sold out yesterday in under 39 minutes from when cart was open

This is our 15th intake of Blitz Your Bits

It started as a lil dream with me and my co-coach Ben in a Costa in Medway 2.5 years ago

If you told us then that we would have launched this program 15 times, it’s sold out EVERY intake (like a genuine sell out, lol) and we would have changed 1,000s of people’s lives 

I’d have called you a fucking nutter

Especially as, to be real with you, around 2.5 years I was unsure group coaching would even work.

I used to bitch on it a lot when I was a baby coach

”You can’t possibly see sustainable change in 8 weeks”

”You can’t possibly give enough support to that volume of people and have people feel part of something”

But fuck me, I’ve proven myself wrong.

And over the last 2 or so years we’ve continued to tweak and change the program to make it what it is today;

A safe space for people to learn sustainable nutrition habits while building confidence in the gym. 

Discovering how to drop lbs of body fat without their life feeling fucking shite and piling it back on within a couple of weeks post diet.

I genuinely don’t think there’s anything else on the market quite like it. Where you’re looked after with nutrition, training and your brain as you wiggle through it.

This year we have some big plans for BYB (and Bits) even better.

I can’t tell you everything just yet… But in this digital world (that’s utterly pissed at the moment) it’s time we have more in person connection, don’t you think?

I am genuinely sorry if you missed a spot this round.

As mentioned above - the caps are genuine with spaces so we can continue to deliver the best service we can within the group and have each client have access to 1-1 guidance from their coach.

The next round will be opening in March, ready to start Spring in style.
