🟣 3 Opera Boys & 1 Metal Girl

Pavarotti vs Limp Bizkit

Those that have been following on socials, I am back vibing in New Zealand

Colour me an oddball

But one of the main motivations to build an online business was so that I could fuck off out of the UK for Jan/Feb

Something about the 5 hours of daylight and the sideways rain that really pisses deep into the soul

But upon arriving at auntie Penn’s gaff this year, after 28 hours of travel, I was informed I was bunking with 3 21 year old lads who were there training with the local youth opera

Instant Karma for being smug about that winter sun (:

Because nothing soothes the jet lag more than 3 lads whistling their scales until 3 fucking am

But as a ā€œthank you for putting up with our shiteā€, last night I was treated to a free ticket for their performance of ā€˜Hansel & Gretel’

I’m a strong believer of you never know what you might like in this world and it’s always fair to give it a go at least once

So I thought fuck it, why not?

Got dressed up for the occasion,

Even wore sandals instead of crocs and brushed my hair

And we were off to a strong start as I was handed a free wine and a free pack of sweets upon entry

But this is where the vibes peaked…

The first song hadn’t even concluded and my eyes were burning as I tried keeping them awake

My posture involuntarily dropped further and further into my chair

Every 5-10 seconds it felt I was being thrown awake as my head fell forwards

For love nor money could I keep my fucking eyes open.

And a fat nappcident happened for a good 80% of the first act.

But my aunt?

She fucking loved it. As did the rest of the audience.

The buzz of the auditorium was clear as day.

And this right here is what I love about humans.

We are all completely different and love different things.

Hell, we’d be a boring bunch of fucks if we all liked the same things, wouldn’t we?

And I think this is dead important to remember within the realms of nutrition and training.

Within our coaching, each person has different quirks and loves.

With training,

Some love throwing heavy iron around

Others prefer running for miles, but use weight training to help them do that

With nutrition,

Some love the detail of tracking food and ticking clear boxes to their goal each week

For others, this feels about as appealing as removing your skull and putting sandpaper direct to the brain

And on social media, whatever camp you’re in, you’ll be told you’re wrong.

It’s bollocks.

Sure, for certain outcomes there’s things that need to be done consistently to see the desired result.

If you want to drop body fat, you can’t skip the calorie deficit part. If you want to build muscle and definition, you will need to swap the comfort of the treadmill for some dumbbells at some point.

But to say that everyone needs to do it the exact same, with set meal plans or cookie cutter training programs? It’s a recipe for seeing fuck all consistency and therefore fuck all results.

Which is exactly why, within all of our coaching and even within the Bits app, we plan for variety.

Within Bits you gain access to 5 different program pathways, designed to suit you;

WIGGLE - for those just starting out in the gym and finding the ropes

HOME - for those that need to train from home

MOVE - for those that love cardio and want to build their engine, reducing injury

BUILD - for those that give the most fucks about looking toned and defined, building glutes and shoulders to die for

STRONG - for those that want to beast new 1 rep maxes while looking fucking jacked

And when it comes to the nutrition side…

You have options to go more meticulous and track your food towards your goals

Or you can use the lighter frameworks and recipes within the app so you can move towards eating healthier without it being all a numbers game

The app gives you the tools - your preferences will help you shape them so they work best for you

And if you want access to all of the above? You can join us on a 7 free trial here:

Hope you enjoy more than I did the Opera :)

Big love
