Time.
Because as much as we talk about our 8 week group program, Blitz Your Bits
It’s in fact not an 8 week program
Each of the clients you see above worked with us for a year minimum. All within Blitz Your Bits. Just stayed for multiple rounds.
If you walk 10 miles into a forest, you will need to walk 10 miles out.
And if you’ve spent years being inconsistent with your health habits, you’re not going to reverse that back to baseline within a couple months, let alone weeks.
But before that drops your motivation out your butt.. here’s the bloody good news:
As much as the transformations above did take 12 months+ of commitment
The bit where confidence & energy returned, with momentum building along with it actually did happen within the 6-8 weeks.
Because when you trade yo-yo dieting with horrific diets for building a diet that sees you drop body fat without giving up weekend socials or making your whole life about calories,
You go from inconsistent training to structured, efficient wiggles - seeing tangible weekly progress aligned with your goals
It’s hard not to feel fucking good about the life you’re building for your future self.
I’m not in the UK at the moment but rumour has reached Japan the sun has made an appeared across Europe
Summer is warming up and ready to come and say hello (THANK GOD)
But Ihe last thing I want for you, should you have a body composition goal for this summer, is that you leave it too late and end up panic dieting
Slashing calories super low as soon as you feel that first bit of warmth signifying spring
Heading into those months thinking more about how your body looks than just enjoying the fucking summer
So if you were looking to work on focusing on your body composition and fitness for summer - it’s always better to start too soon than too late
4 months may not be enough to get things to ‘end goals’ - it’s certainly enough time to see significant changes & having you feeling fucking fabulous in your body without needing to panic diet on depressing AF calories
