š£ Iāve got a dirty lil secret
Theyāll have my head for this
I eat chocolate
Every.Single.Day.
And you know whatās even filthier?
I ate it every single day when I dropped 20lbs last year - as do every one of my clients that enjoy chocolate (which is all of them, obvs)

But thereās corners of the internet that might say Iām an unprofessional fuck for admitting this
Claiming I am getting paid by āBig Dairy Milkā
And I am poisoning my clients and my audience by confessing these dirty deeds
But these uppity crumpets fail to understand this simple thingā¦
More often than not - the anxiety of a bit of chocolate is fat more damaging than the fucking chcolate
A couple hundred calories of chocolate is not inherently fattening or inherently unhealthy
Because, unlike the fear fed Channel 4 mockumentaries claim, no single food can be
Itās what your diet looks like as a WHOLE that matters
So abso-fucking-lutely
Youāre going to have a shite time of it if A LOT of your weekly nutrition is coming from ultra-processed grub with little nutrients involved
But if youāreā¦
Keeping within calorie balance,
Moderating the fun stuff to 10-20% of those calories
Prioritising lean proteins + plants at each meal
Going for a walk daily
Training 3-4x/week
Reducing time spend with bellends
Youāre going to be doing more than alright
And at that point, even if cutting out chocolate would increase physical health by 1%?
I wouldnāt fucking do it.
Call me mental but Iād rather have the flexibility in my life to have food flirtation and share food experiences to live a more full life
So next time someone asks you;
āshould you be eating that?ā
Tell em, from meā¦
Stop being a miserable wet fart
And proceed to enjoy the damn chocolate :)
If you want to join a fitness community that prioritising having fitness as something that brings JOY to your life rather than phased episodes of misery
Iāll show you the ropes of getting your nutrition in check while building your confidence in the gym and your training
Big love
