🟣 Wanna Get Thicc?

the good, the bad and the ?

Hey there, you saucy little cinnamon bun 🥮

If you wanna get thiccer than a snicker…

Hit PB’s that confirm you’re strong AF…

And shape your figure with hard earned muscle…

Strap the fuck in.

Because I'm about to show you how.

But first, let me spill the tea on my own journey from noodle arms to gun show.

I went from a wimpy 55kg to a strong AF 75kg.

And I learned A LOT about myself in the process of packing on 20kg.

Now, before you start hyperventilating about those numbers, let's dive into my top 3 tips for getting thicc without losing your marbles:

🟣 Embrace the Scale Shake-Up

Muscle doesn't appear out of thin air.

So the scale WILL go up.

And even when you want to get thicc and strong, this will be rough at first.

Because you’ve been hard wired to panic at even the slightest increase in scale weight.

So this is a great opportunity to get over your scale weight issues.

And look to other areas of progress to see how scale weight has fuck all to do with how you look and feel.

🟣 Eat “unhealthy” (but still eat healthy)

You might reach a point where cramming in more calories is tough going.

This is where going against common “healthy eating” advice can help.

Liquid calories? Bring 'em on.

Lower food volume foods? Hell yes.

More peanut butter? Always.

If you're struggling to eat enough to fuel your thicc-ness goals, these might become your new besties.

But this isn’t an excuse to eat like an arsehole.

Fruit, veg and well balanced meals with lean protein are still essential.

You just have more room to play with calorie wise so you can afford a generous dollop of peanut butter on a buttery crumpet 😍

🟣 Patience, Young Padawan

If you thought fat loss was slow, oh boy oh boy.

You're in for a treat now.

Building muscle is a sloooooooow process.

As far as your body is concerned, muscle is expensive to build, run and maintain.

And since our bodies are built to be efficient…

It’s not going to build muscle without A LOT of encouragement.

So you can expect to see changes in the months/years category, not days/weeks.

And this is why you have to enjoy the process of getting stronger and performing better in the gym.

Because this is where you will see shorter term progress that keeps you motivated.
