🟣 Why being shorter makes fat loss harder

And exactly what to do about it

Hello my sweet lil' pickle

I got into a chinwag with a fellow coach last week as they posted;

"1200kcals isn't enough for a toddler to eat! Anyone that sets this calorie goal should be cancelled"

And I called bullshit.

I KNOW

Based on my content you might be thinking "what the fuck, Rachel" - so please bare with me

Sure - 1200kcals is not a lot of calories.

But

For short women,

Especially short women who are sedentary or have a metabolic condition like PCOS who need/with to drop body fat?

Sometimes tickling calories down this low is needed to see desired changes such as fat loss.

Sure, it sucks a touch.

And it’s un-fucking-fair when you compare those calories to a 6ft+ man who will drop fat on double those calories.

But there are ways you can prevent needing to go this low on calories AND ways to make low calories something that doesn't fuck you up for the long term

So if you're a short human

Been sitting at the blanket "1600kcals" a lot of coaches throw out, seeing absolutely no change?

Watch my latest YouTube here: How To Drop Body Fat As A Short Woman

I go into depth the nuances of why lower calories may be needed, how to prevent dropping calories lower than you need to + how to navigate lower calories to make shit sustainable both in the short and long term

Hope it helps :)

Big love

Rachel
