🟣 Why you should NOT join Blitz

I probably shouldn’t be telling you this
But Blitz isn’t suited for everyone
And it’s in both of our interests only those that are our vibe, joins our tribe
It means you don’t waste your hard earned cash dollar on something that’s not right for you.
And it keeps our community a safe spot where you know everyone in there is on the same mission as you.
So before you think about joining us Monday, here are three solid reasons you shouldn’t join Blitz Your Bits.
Reason one: You want a quick fix.
8 weeks is not long enough to undo eight years of “fuck it, I’ll start Monday”
BYB isn’t a detox, it’s not a juice cleanse, and there’s no secret fat-burning supplement made from moon dust and sadness.
And I have no interest in selling you an unrealistic promise.
But what CAN happen in 8 weeks?
With fat loss, 8-16lb down depending on how fast you wish to go
With muscle gain, you’ll be ending the next 8 weeks the strongest you’ve been
And most importantly, how you bloody feel?
With 8 weeks of consistency - you might not be at your end “physical” goal but it’s plenty of time to FEEL more confident, more energised and finally believe you have it in you to get to your goal.
Reason two: You can’t bear to be imperfect
If you want to ghost us as soon as the you are a smidge under perfect - you will struggle.
Because life will get in the way.
Your kid will give you the lurgy, your boss will be a div to you, you’ll forget your gym kit and someone will hand you cake.
BYB isn’t about pretending that won’t happen, it's about learning how to do something anyway.
And we don’t do that by talking to you like a dick (You already do that to yourself and it’s clearly not working)
Instead we support you when it all goes sideways
Reminding you that progress doesn’t require perfection and showing the path of moving forwards when you feel stuck.
Which often requires picking yourself up, dusting yourself down and showing up on the icky days you really rather becoming a duvet burrito.
Reason three: You want us to do it for you
If you’re after a colour-coded spreadsheet telling you to eat 23 almonds and chicken 3 times a day, you’ll hate us and your diet
Which is why we don’t do meal plans - they just don’t bloody work.
They do not show you how to eat like a functioning adult when life throws a curveball
No meal plan can handle date nights, hangovers or allows you to still eat meals with your kids
Which is why we support you in discovering how to build structure, hit your protein, manage calories, and still eat food you actually like that accommodates life’s fuckeries.
It takes effort, but it’s than worth it when changes stick around for good.
So yeah, BYB isn’t for everyone.
It’s not for the quick-fix crowd.
It’s not for perfectionists (recovering ones, more than welcome xxx)
And it’s definitely not for anyone looking to live off rice cakes and resentment.
It’s for the people who want to learn how to train, eat, and live like a normal bloody human, just a stronger, healthier one who feels like a fucking baddie in a backless dress.
