Happy Friday you frisky little flapjack,
If you leave the gym DAAAAA-renched in sweatâŠ
Face redder than a freshly spanked tooshieâŠ
And your heart pounding like the drummer from Coldplay is playing Viva La Vida in your chestâŠ
You probably feel pretty damn good about yourself.
As you bloody well should!
Look at you smashing a workout and getting after it.
