Fuck it all the way to the moon and fucking back

Especially when chatting nutrition

Because what does “perfect” nutrition look like on paper?

  • Never going for a meal out without being armed with tupperware

  • Never even licking a slab of chocolate

  • No more holidays or changes in routine

Fuck THAT with a capital F.

Perfectionism isn’t a requirement to seeing the progress you want

It’s a hinderance

Any client success I’ve shared with this week is not “they just locked in and didn’t fuck up for 8 weeks by sending their kid to boarding school and keeping chocolate in a safe”

Rather, they’ve committed to being relentless in showing up better for themselves for MONTHS.

With that, accepting that they won’t be perfect at times

Instead of shagging their diet on holidays because they can't be perfect

They aimed for maintenance for the week. Used intuitive eating to relax the reigns while not adding 4 more weeks to a diet phase.

Instead of letting an ankle sprain piss on the party

They still went to the gym and hit upper body, core, lower body movements that didn’t fuck the ankle. Carried on being consistent with their nutrition.

Instead of letting a bottomless brunch detonate their week

They planned ahead for it. Kept the rest of the week consistent and made sure their more flirty food moments worked within the longer term goal.

None of the above being a walk in the damn park…

But all of the above being easier and more productive than just waiting until they could do things perfectly before they wiggled at all
