🟣 Your baps aren't the problem

Clothing companies are catfishing you

There’s a special place in hell reserved for those responsible for changing room lighting

I’ve never fucking understood it

Surely if you’re selling clothes you want people to feel GOOD trying them on, no?

Yet whenever you strip your kit off in the fluorescent lighting of a changing room

The extra 5 mirrors showing every angle possible has you feeling the exact opposite

So you fuck that off in favour for the free return gig ASOS has got going on.

Just with that cheeky the devil - the clothes look NOTHING like they do online

Your tits are by your elbows and that cute looking dress has deformed your shape into a fucking potato

So you build a wardrobe of invisibility cloaks;

Baggy, monotone and easy to hide garments.

Playing it safe so you don’t draw any attention to you.

At least, this is exactly how Elise felt when she started working with us

ā€œWhen I started this program, I was deeply unhealthy and unhappy with how I looked and only wore baggy clothes to try and deflect attention away from meā€

It doesn’t always look like this. Sometimes it’s baggy clothes, sometimes it’s dodging photos or just feeling ā€˜disconnected’ to your body.

But I see SO many women run down the wrong fucking path when they feel like Elise did

They slash calories to lose weight as quickly as possible so they can stop hating their body sooner

They hunt for exercises that burn the most calories possible to double down on that, too

The result? Maybe some fat loss

But even with a couple lbs down, they’re still picking apart their body

Exhausted, food focused, still hunting to get rid of that bit of body fat

So old habits and the body fat creep back on with ease and a dash of shame on top.

But not Elise. With us, she did something entirely different.

We worked on finding a fat loss G-Spot

AKA - the fat loss pace that’s sustainable enough to stick to, but effective enough the results motivate you to keep on wigglin’ your tooshie.

Then, crucially,

We shat ā€œcaloriesā€ out of her training focus.

Not because calories don’t matter, but because obsessing over them was killing her damn joy in the process.

And instead of dragging herself on the treadmill, counting the calories erasing the mars bar she had yesterday

She focused on her performance.

With a clear, progressive training plan she was consistently getting stronger, building curves in the spots she wanted. Growing a love for what her body could do.

And with that, the biggest change wasn’t the scale. It was how she felt in her own skin:

ā€I’m over a stone down, I’m so much more confident in the gym but most importantly, I’m so much more confident in myself. I wear the clothes that make me feel good and don’t shy away anymore. I’ve fallen back in love with myself and never felt so confident, your advice and support has been so vital to thatā€

If you’re ready to follow in Elise’s footsteps, bin off starting your fitness journey every 8 weeks

And to finally not have every life event be clouded in ā€œbut do I look ok??ā€ squiff zone
